Day one of Process Expo opened with a dynamic press conference featuring the winners of the 2021 Innovation Showcase. The competition recognizes the top technological innovations in processing for all industry segments in food and beverage. Each of the Process Expo Innovation Showcase products are on display inside the exhibitor’s booth for the duration of the event.
“We are extremely excited to be able to highlight these innovations whether their advancements were married in a simplicity that excelled in meeting customer demands or in the highly evolved technology hitting the market,” said Kristy Meade, Show Director, PROCESS EXPO.
Innovation Showcase submissions from participating exhibitors were carefully reviewed by a multi-disciplinary panel of judges comprised of industry-focused academia. A total of seven categories were covered.
